For your convenience all our holiday properties have a complimentary refreshment pack waiting for your arrival consisting of biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar sachets, milk and a bottle of water - enough for you to have a refreshing drink after your journey.
Additionally, at the time of booking your holiday, you can purchase a welcome pack of essential items to keep you going until you have explored your resort to find the local supermarket.
Basic Welcome Pack £15
- Bread
- Margarine
- Jam

- Cheese slices
- Orange Juice
- 6 eggs
- 5 litres water
- 1 litre milk
Deluxe Welcome Pack £23
As the Basic Pack but also including:
- Bottle of red wine
- Bottle of white wine
- 6 pack beers
Sparkling Wine (Cava) - Chocolates - Flowers
For that special occasion, we can surprise your loved one with a bouquet of flowers or a bottle of Spain's finest Cava on ice and/or special chocolates. In fact, just ask us for your special requirements and we will be happy to help. Payment after arrival.

Keys to your accommodation can be collected from our office during office hours:
- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
- 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday
For arrivals outside of these hours there is a key collection box situated outside the office. Directions to the office or code for the key box will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
